Mr. David Jones, chairman of the Meat Control Board, will visit New Plymouth on July 23. Mr. Kenneth N. Neale, of Now Plymouth, was successful in passing Section A of the examination conducted by the Pharmacy Board. Mr. H. J. S. Rickard, formerly of New Plymouth, also passed in the same section. Mr. A. Cook, stock inspector at Opunake, has been transferred on promotion to take charge of the Stratford district, with headquarters in Stratford. Mr. C. W. Newport, now at Inglewood, will take charge at Opunake.
