Rain interfered with work at the Breakwater yesterday, and operations Ceased entirely for :he day at 2 o'clock. As a consequence the ■’togress, which is loading 3000 boxes of butter for Wellington, will be unable to get away ntil about noon to-day, while the Devon will ■ .vobably be unable to complete until the end | of the week. ONEHUNGA SERVICE. The Rarawa left Onehunga yesterday after••ion for New Plymouth, and Is due to arrive this morning. She will sail on the return jourey on the arrival of the mail train to-night, and will be in New Plymouth .again on Friday on her usual service. OPIHI TO-MORROW. Advice has been received that the Opihi will not arrive at New Plymouth until to-morrow morning. She has about 800 tons of general southern cargo to discharge, and on completion will sail for Nelson. TEES WITH TIMBER. The Tees is expected here on Monday with a cargo of timber from Greymouth. EXPLOSIVES FOR HARBOR BOARD. The Ilua is expected next week from Westport with a cargo of explosives for the New Plymouth Harbor Board. WAIHEMO FURTHER DELAYED. Rough weather has further delayed the Waihemo at Napier, and it is now expected that It will be to-morrow night before she will get away for New Plymouth.
