MR. WITTY NOT INCLUDED. (By Wire—Parliamentary Reporter.) Wellington, Last Night. By a remark in the House this afternoon the Leader of the Opposition seemed to make it very clear to any who were in doubt that he did not regard Mr. G. Witty as a member of the Liberal Party. He read over the names of a committee of the House, a committee which included the name of Mr. Witty, and went on to complain that the only Liberal on the body was Mr. George Forbes.
