CALVI-FREEMAN DEMONSTRATIONS. METAPHYSICAL HEALING. (Published by arrangement.) Such is the interest taken in Mr. CalviFreeman’s demonstrations people commenced to wend their way to his rooms at the institute, Auckland, fully two hours before the advertised time last Thursday. The accommodation was taxed to its utmost, a large number being unable to gam admission. This demonstration was given to show those who are ailing and given up as incurable that they can yet be well and healthy again. As Mr. Calvi-Freeman’s professional time in Auckland is very limited, these people must commence their treatment without delay. Such is the magnetic power possessed by this extraordinary man that he can bring about most astounding physical conditions without the use of hypnotism. This was a point he wished most to stress, and was one of the reasons for which the demonstrations arc given. The patient was fully conscious all the time. Another very pecu-. liar phenomena was that when the pint was withdrawn not one drop of blood was to be seen, thus demonstrating the control of the blood circulation. It was explained that there was no possible chance of blood poisoning following this insertion. The pin was not sterilised, but the 1 vital force transformed to the hand was so powerful that there is no disease geriuj that can live in contact with it. Another interesting phenomenon was the control of the muscular system. The; muscles of a weak man were caused to: relax and contract, at will, enabling ths I weak man to support four heavy persons. At the request of a number of these who were unable to obtain admission other demonstrations will be given at the CalviFreeman Institute, 2nd floor, Watsins Buildings, Queen Street, Auckland. Thesej demonstrations are free, but as the accom-; modation is limited only those who are I actually ailing can be admitted.
