By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The following Government weather forecast was issued at 4 p.m. to-daj’: “Present indications are for strong northerly to westerly winds. Weather cloudy and unsettled, and rain probable, being heavy on west eoast and southern districts. The barometer is unsteady, with a falling tendency.”
