'VOTICE is hereby given that the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders will be held on TUESDAY, 26th JUNE, 1923, at 11 a.m., in the Foresters’ Hall, Nelson Street, Hawera. The RETIRING DIRECTORS are: Messrs J. S. Connett, C. R. Honeyfield, Wm. Jones, Edward Marfell, T. W. Owen and A. E. Symes, and these' six vacancies on the Board of Directors will require to be filled. (Article 93A: “No person shall be eligible for election or re-election as a director unless he shall have been previously nominated in writing. Every such nomination shall be made and signed by a member of the Society, and must have written or endorsed thereon the consent in writing of the person nominated.
