ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES.
A SEAMAN DROWNED. By Telegraph.—Freis Association. Wellington, May 1. John Bouehand, a French Canadian seaman on the schooner Forest fell overboard last night. Efforts made to recover the body failed, but this morning it was recovered from the bot tom of the harbour. MARRIED MAN KILLED. Auckland, Last Night. James Magncll, a telegraph linesman, of Huntly, was killed between Rangiriri and Tekauwhata through a motor lorry capsizing. He was married, with six children.
