NEWTON KING, LTD., J.JAVE been instructed to sell by Public Auction, at their Saleyards, Kaponga, on the above date, — ALL THAT PIECE OF LAND situate in the Provincial District of Taranaki and County of Stratford, containing 141 acres 3 roods 18 perches, more or less, being Section 3 of Block VII of the Kaupokonui Survey District, and being the whole of the land comprised in Certificate of Title, Volume 103, Folio 282, of the Land Transfer Register Book at New Plymouth, SUBJECT to Memorandum of Mortgage Number 29542, securing £2OOO and interest. The above land is situated on the Strat-ford-Opunake Road, about three miles from Kaponga and about ten miles from. both Stratford and Eltham. There are a fiveroomed house, a milking shed, and other outbuildings on the property, which is a dairy farm, all flat and in grass and ringfenced and subdivided.
