At the inquest on the body of the child found at Stanley Bay beach on February 10 it was stated that parentage bad not been traced. There were no marks on the skin indicating \ iolence. Whitehead, who fell during one of the Hawera motor cycle races on Wednesday and had to be removed to the hospital, has regained consciousness and is progressing favorably. The young man Mdrrig Aagaar, who met with a collision with a gig when riding a motor cycle on Wednesday night, has not yet regained consciousness. Ernest Roberts, who suffered .a broken jaw in the same accident, is reported to be improving. Star.
