BOROUGH OF NEW PLYMOUTH. is hereby given that, at a Special Meeting of the New Plymouth Borough Council, held on the 15th day of January, 1923, a resolution was passed: “That the Council resolves to wholly stop West Street and that part of Downe Street between West and Morley Streets.” AND NOTICE is hereby also given that the said resolution will be submitted to a special meeting of the Council to be held at the Borough Council offices, situate at Liardet Street, New Plymouth, on MONDAY, the 19th Day of FEBRUARY, 1923, at 7.30 p.m., for confirmation as a special order.
