ACTION BY SCOTTISH UNION.
By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received Feb. 2 r 8.30 p.m. London, Feb. 2. The Scottish’Riigby Union intends to insist that all overseas players shall declare in writing that they have never played for or against a team playing Northern Union rules, otherwise they will be barred.
