STATEMENT BY MR. BONAR LAW. By Telegraph.—-Press Assn.—Copyright. Received Jan. 17, 5.5 p.m. London, Jan. 16.' Mr. Bonar Law, replying to a deputation from the council of the Trades Union Congress regarding the early reassembling of Parliament to discuss unemployment, said he could not see hit' way to convene Parliament earlier than had already been arranged, but the Government was taking every possible step to reduce unemployment to reasonable dimensions.
