EMPIRE MIGRATION.
A PROBLEM OF THE FUTURE. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received Jan. 16, 9.45 p.m. London, Jan. 16. The Morning Post, in a leading article on unemployment and migration, deals with the argument that the transference of a largo population from Britain to the Dominions would eventually bring settlers into competition with British manufacturers.
