JJAVE received instructions to offer the undermentioned freehold property for sale by Public Auction at their Mart, Devon Street, New Plymouth, on SATURDAY, the 23rd day of December, 1922, at 11 o’clock:—

FIRSTLY ALL THAT piece of land situate in the Land Registration District of Taranaki containing 131 acres and 13 perches, be the same a little more or less, situate in the Wairau Survey District and being sub-allotments 4,5, 7, 8,9, 10, 11, 12, 13a, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28 and 29 and parts of sub-allotments 3 and 6 of section 1 on the public maps of the Oakura District, the said piece of land being more particularly delineated on Deposited Plan No. 3754 and being the whole of the land comprised in Certificate of Title Volume 94 folio 281 SUBJECT as to sub-allotments 4,5, 7,9, 11, 12, 13a, 14, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 24, 25, 26, 29 and Part 3 to the restrictions, imposed by “The Native Land Amendment Act, 1913,” and SUBJECT ALSO to Grant of Boring Rights registered Number 36698 (or part) to Isabel Dalziel Otway, and SECONDLY all that piece of land situate as aforesaid containing 3 acres more or less being Section 13b of Section 1 of Block 1 Wairau Survey District (Oakura District) and being the whole of the land comprised in Certificate of Title Volume 81 Folio 57 (Taranaki Registry) SUBJECT to the restrictions imposed by “The Native Land Amendment Act, 1913,” and SUBJECT as to BOTH the said pieces of land above described to Memorandum of Mortgage registered Number 44129 securing the repayment of the principal sum of three thousand three hundred pounds and interest thereon as therein provided. • The property is situate on the Ahu Ahu Road, about eleven miles from New Plymouth, and is about 24 miles from the Patua and the Oakura dairy factories, and will be offered for sale in one lot on behalf of the Second Mortgagee in exercise of the Powers of Sale under Memorandum of Mortgage registered Number 44130.
