CABINET OF CAMOUFLAGE.
NEW GERMAN MINISTRY. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Loudon, Nov. 21. The Berlin correspondent of the Daily Chronicle says that Herr Cuno’s Ministry is officially described as a business Cabinet; it could better be described as Cuno’s Cabinet of Camouflage. It includes some non-parliamen-tarian*, members of the People’s Party, which stands for big business. In reality the country will be governed by the bourgeois minority, minus the United Socialists. The latter are not distinctly hostile, to the Cabinet, though they differ seriously from its views in reference to the stabilisation of the mark. This political movement comes at the moment when prices are rapidly rising and the dissatisfaction of the workers is steadily increasing; thus Germany will be governed without the co-opera-tion of the largest party, when such cooperation is most essential.
