LOAN & MERCANTILE AGENCY CO., LTD. fJAVING received instructions from the Registrar of the Supreme Court of New Zealand at New Plymouth acting at the request of the First Mortgagee, will sell by Public Auction at their .Saleyarde, situated in the South Road, in Hawera, on the 31st day of August, 1922, at one o’clock in the afternoon, the Freehold of—*• FIRSTLY, all those pieces of land situated in the Land Registration District of Taranaki, containing together by admeasurement 64 acres 2 roods 20 perches be the same a little more or less being (a) part of the Allotment numbered 2 on Deposited Plan number 2173 and being part of the section numbered 554 on the Public Maps of the Patea .District (Block 8, Waimate Survey District). AND BEING all the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title recorded in Register Book Volume 98, Folio 206 (Taranaki Register), and (b) the section numbered 639 on the Public Maps of the P6tea District aforesaid (Block VIII., Waimate ■Survey District aforesaid). AND being all the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title recorded in Register Book Volume 69, Folio 12.5 (Taranaki Register aforesaid). Subject as to (b) to the restrictions imposed by Part XIII. of “The Land Act, 1908.” AND, SECONDLY, all that piece of land situated as aforesaid, containing by admeasurement 52 acres and 10 perches, be the same a little more or less, being the Rural Allotment numbered 93 on the Public Maps of the Patea District aforesaid. The land firstly hereinbefore described is the whole of the land in Memorandum of Mortgage number 45077, and the land secondly hereinbefore described is the whole of the land in Deed of Mortgage number 44432, the said Mortgages being collateral securities. The property has a frontage to the Main South Road, and is situated about 4 miles from Hawera.
