BIG DISASTER.
MUNITION’S EXPLODE, HUNDREDS KILLED. FIRE COMPLETES CHAOS. By Telegraph.-.-Press Asan.—Copyright. Belgrade, April 20. A munition dump exploded at the station at Monastir, resuiting in a horrible catastrophe. It is believed hundreds were killed, including many soldiers in the barracks, which collapsed, and a large party of children attending service at a church which was wrecked, burying the children in the ruins. Athens, April 20. It is reported that following the explosion at Monastir, fires started at several points in the town and the inhabitants took panic and fled to the woods. The entire town is endangered, and it is stated that 30,000 are homeless. The scene of the disaster" is unapproachable owing to the explosions continuing. The explosions involved four hundred wagon loads of munitions.
