CONFERENCE CONCLUDED. By Telegraph.—Press Assti.—Copyright. London, April 19. ’ The Labor Conference, convened by the International Federation of Trades Unions at Genoa, has concluded. It adopted resolutions declaring the claims of Labor an indispensable condition in the reconstruction of the world, favoring international action on the basis of equality to be necessary, demanding disarmament and cancellation of the control of raw materials.
