SECONDARY SCHOOLS’ MATCH. NAPIER v. PALMERSTON NORTH. By Telegraph —Tress Association Palmerston N.. Last Night. The match for the Heathcote-Williams cricket shield between Napier and Palmers ton North High Schools was continued here to-day in unfavorable weather conditions. Intermittent showers interrupted play, and the wicket was exceedingly greasy. It was a batsman’s day, fielding and bowling being made difficult. Palmerston North concluded their second innings for 233, Kells 77 being the highest scorer. Napier, who compneu only 67 in their first attempt, had lost three wickets for 80 at the close of the day's play. Potaka is so far top scorer with 46. Napier now require 197 to win. TEAMS FOR TO-DAY.
