CHARGE OF MURDER.

'DEATH OF A CHINAMAN. By Telegraph.— Press Association Auckland, Oct. 26. A Chinaman named Wong Foo, also known as Du Moy, injured in a melee, died this afternoon. Two more Fijians have been arrested. Four young Fijians appeared in court this morning and were remanded to November 2 on a charge of having, at Auckland on Octobei* 24, murdered a Chinese gardener, Du Moy. The names of accused are Julian Florian, laborer; John Frank Peckham, ship’s fireman; Charles McGoon, carpenter; David Lazarus, carpenter.
