KAIKORAI COMES SIXTH. By Telegraph—Press Association. Dunedin, Oct. 24. A private cable reports the__debacle of the Kaikorai Band, as the sole representative of New Zealand at the Ballat'at contest. On the test, the band’s own selection, Kaikorai occupied eighth (last) place. Malvern Tramways were the winners, with Newcastle Steel second and Collingwood third. Malvern also won the quickstep competition, Kaikorai taking sixth place. MALVERN THE WINNERS. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyrigtt. Melbourne, Oct. 24. Malvern Tramways, band champions in 1920, again won the championship at the band contest.
