OBNOXIOUS QUARANTINE REGULATION. By Telegrapher—Press Assn.—Copyrfsht. Shanghai, Nov. 10. The Association of British Chambers of Commerce pf China passed a .resolution denouncing Japanese interferences with British shipping at Tsing-tao, and declaring that the obnoxious Japanese quarantine regulation appears to be an economic weapon in disguise. The resolution also protested against the imprisonment of Mr. George Shaw, a Britisher, by the Japanese military authorities of' Korea, because he entered without a passport. The resolution declares that Mr. Shaw was held for four months without trial, and that Japan's real design is to drive British merchants from Korea and Manchuria.
