I Wellington, Last Night. ] Before the Fall Court, in the Watford; iflftiu Miller cue, concerning the Masterton OMb, the Court held that the con»ictkm of the custodian of the Club for storing liquor in a no-license district must 4)9 set aside, considering that neither he nor the Club had stored liquor for members, but the latter must be regarded ms having stored liquor for themselves under rights which they possessed as members of the Club; nor had the Club permitted liquor to be so stored- Jastices Edwards, Chapman, Sim, an* Berdman agreed in this view, ynd the 'Chief Justice dissented.
