Sixteen arrests, were made in connection with a bomb explosion at the Genoa Bourse, including Hungarians and Russians. ~ A powder magazine was 'blown up at Mantua, killing seven persons. A large fire broke out in a factory in Milan. All these outrages Ire attributed to anarchist plotters.
