IMPORTANT LAND SALE.
One of the most important events of the month is the subdivisional sale of the famous "Momona Estate" at Tirau, It is now a well-konwn fact that this district, owing to its adequate rainfall (evidence of which is given in statistics year after year), combined with the fact that thg estate comprises some of the richest land in the Waikato, stands out as one of the finest dairying areas in the Dominion. It is gratifying to see these old established estates being converted by subdivision to closer settlement purposes. Those in a position io judge look forward to see this good district linked up with the adjoining Glaxo area, a site having been purchased at Tirau for this purpose, and a glance at Mr. Nathan's letter on the prospects of the Glaxo which appeared in various papers recently published throughout the Dominion, will show clearly what a wonderful industry this valuable product has established. Tirau is assured of a good muster on the 27th inst. of interested farmers from all parts of the Dominion.. Particulars of this sale appear on another page of this, issue.
