A wireless from the Havre states the tua Champion got in communication last night, and took her in tow this morn-ing—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. Received June 10, 10.25 p.m.' Sydney, June 10. The master of the steamer Havre reports that the tug Champion was in wireless communication yesterday, but by the time the Havre had raised sufficient steam to - reply the tug's operator had closed down. A message received yesterday reported that the steamer Havre was 29 miles off Lord Howe Island. Another message late last night stated that it was becoming increasingly difficult to secure fuel to produce wireless messages, which were then becoming very weak. The master was instructed to burn flares at the masthead to assist searching vessels.
