PLOT IN MEXICO.
SCHEME TO ANNEX STATES. GERMAN MONEY INVOLVED. By Teleeraph.—Press Assn.—dapyrleht. Received Jan. 23, 3 p.m. Washington, Jan. 22. Messages from San Antonio (Texas) say that an American Senate Committee engaged in the investigation of the Mexican frontier disturbances has been informed that a plot was hatched in Mexico, with the knowledge of Carranza, to separate six American States and join them to Mexico. Texan Attorneys and others disclosed the details, during evidence, of raids to kill Americans and burn bridges. German money is believed to be involved. —Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
