New Zealand holds Samoa as a mandatory of the League of Nations, of which she is an original member and not as a British colony under an Imperial grantProfessor Keith expresses the hope that the Government is considering other complex problems arising from the New Zealand status, the effective maintenance of Imperial unity depends upon their just solution, Aus.N.Z.
