LOTTERY TO RAISE £250,000,000.

The Daily Chronicle's Berlin corns' ■ pondent states that the Berlin Government is organising a monster lottery, whereby it will create ten millionaires annually during the next eighty year* in order to raise £250,000,000. Five per cent interest will be paid when the certificates are drawn for repayment. Nineteen thousand prizes will be given annually, aggregating fifty million marks of which ten are of t million marks each, during the eighty ' years' currency of the loan. JTin# thousand eigfit hundred and seventy-five million marks will be distributed ag prizes.
