Although the banner division has been won by Hawera, players on both sides evinced the same interest as if the fate of the trophy rested upon the result of the contest. NEW PLYMOUTH v. INGLEWOOD. In view of the finals for the banner the New Plymouth Club is having a "try-out" against the Inglewood Club on the tetter's green next Thursday. A shrink game is expected.
