THE AMENDED RULES, By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The Wellington Rugby Union considered to-night a question of the amended rules und decided to instruct the delegates to the New Zealand Union'to disagree with the proposed alterations. The opinion was expressed that the adoption of the amendment would mean a severance from the English Union, It was decided tlut New Zealand Union should he asked to obtain improved representation on the English Rugby Union.
