NEW ZEALAND FORCES.
NINE THOUSAND MEN RETURNING IN APRIL. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, March 27. It is announced that ten liners will be arriving in New Zealand in the month of April, bringing back 9038 soldiers. This is in pursuance of the policy announced some time ago of bringing the men at the rate of ten thousand a month. It is hoped to continue the April rate, though the shipping position makes this doubtful.
The lonic, Remuera, and Tainui, due to arrive on April 20, 27, and 28, have on board 979, 750, and 557 troops respectively. Particulars of the vessels due earlier have already been announced. REMOVALS ENTRUSTED TO US ARE REALLY WELL DONE. Can it he wondered at, either? Not only have we splendid facilities in the shape of suitable vans, but we have a trained staff who know how to handle things carefully, rightly, saves the furaiIture and saves worry and expense The New Zealand Express Co., Ltd.
