AEROPLANE TRAGEDY.
EVIDENCE AT THE INQUEST. Christchurch, February 2. At the inquest to-day, a verdict of accidental death by a fall from an aeroplane was returned. The evidence showed that Mr Hill had been up in the machine on previous occasions, and that he was well satisfied with it. Saturday afternoon, however, was the first time iie hii.d loopr-d the loop in the machine. The wires of the machine were of the same standard and quality as the wires usod in the construction of similar maj chines in the Old Country There was no suggestion or evidence that the machine hud hi anv way been tampered jwith.
