3L T NESR OV DEVEULLE. | London, Jan. SI Reginald Deveulle, when lie appeared | at Bow Street Police Court, was obviously unwell. He staggered across the court and almost fell into a seat in the dock. Mr. Al.iir, who is conducting the prosecution, completed his speech, and the taking of evidence was begun, when an adjournment was necessary owing to Deveulle's condition.
