| Among the returned men who arrived in New Plymouth Inst night were three Main Body men—Corporal J. K. Avery, Sergeant Fargie and Trooper Sangster. His 'Honor Mr. Justice Chapman, who is to preside at the New Plymouth sitting of the Supreme Court, which opens, on Mondav, will arrive bv to-morrow-night's mail train. Sir John Pindlay, K.C., M.P., and Mr. "C. B. Morrison, K.C., of Wellington,-who are engaged in some of the cases which wo to be heard in the Supreme Court next week, arc expected to arrive in New Plymouth on Monday night. Plain-Clothes Constable T.
