PRUSSIAN WAR MINISTER. REPORTED RESIGNATION. London, Dec. 19. Copenhagen advices via America state that General Scheneli, Prussian Minister of War, has resigned.— Reuter.
HINDENBURC REAPPEARS. A SIGNIFICANT AINOUNCEMENT. London, Dee. 20. The High Commisioner reports: Marshal von Hindenburg has intimated that he proposes to establish a new front, ten kilometres in the rear ot the neutral zone. He refuses any explanation, and is posting two regiments at Frankfurt.
