JELLICOE TO VISIT DOMINIONS TO ADVISE ON NAVAL MATTERS. FLM.S. NEW ZEALAND TO CONVEY ADMIRAL. Received Dec. 22, 5.5 p.m. London, Dec. 20. The Admiralty states that Dominion Ministers having intimated that at the close of the Imperial War Conference the Dominions would welcome visits from a highly qualified representative of the Admiralty for the purpose of advising the Dominion authorities on naval matters, the Board of Admiralty, with the War Cabinet's approval, have deputed Admiral Lord Jellicoe to visit the Dominions and India early in the new year.

Admiral Jellicoe expects to travel to Australia in the battle cruiser New Zealand.—Aug. N.Z Cable Assoc.

The King is not going to Sandringham at Christmas, but is remaining in London to welcome President Wilson on Boxing Day. It has been arranged that President Wilson will be the guest of the King' at Buckingham Palace during his visit. Christmas among colonials in England will be a happy one, as eight days' leave and free transportation have been granted.—Neuter, (via America).
