Caillaux, who will be indicted before a court-martial on a charge of treason. Received Dec. 13, i 5.5 p.m, Paris. Dec. 12. Le Petit Journal says that the steps attributed to M. Caillaux in Rome have stirred the Italian Government to the highest degree. Caillaux is accused of carrying on a campaign in favor of an agreement; between Italy, Germany, and France against England and Russia. The. representatives of the latter Governments acquainted the Italian Government, with what wag occurring. Baron Sonnino has intimated bis desire to be relieved of the necessity of expelling. M. Caillaux from Italy.
