THE SINN FEINERS BECOMING REASONABLE Received Dec. 12, 7.50 p.m. London, Dec. 11. j De Vftlera, in a remarkable speech at a_ meeting in County Cork, said that Nationalist Ireland, whether desiring separation from or inclusion in the Empire, ought to march shoulder to shoulder, and neither party should doubt the other's motives. It is generally believed that the speech signifies that the Sinn Fciners are anxious to pave the way for an understanding, if a satisfactory settlement is offered to Ireland.
