GRIEVANCE AGAINST BOUNDARY COMMISSIONERS. Chrtetehtiroh, Nov. 29. At a meeting of the Akaroa C.mntT Council, Air. ficorao Armstrong referred to the fact that there had bwn no acknowledgment from the Elcotwat Boundary Commissioner* of petittona forwarded by Ellcsmere resident in Akaroa county. ' Very Rtrong tcprcsentations have been made pro" testing against the proponed inclusion In the Lyttelton electorate of the 41a.triet named. Several of those pre sent maintained that still another offdrt should ho made to attain the object of the petition, and tho foUowln* resolution was carried:—"That a committee be appointed to 'obtain Iwal opinion as to the ndvisability of eecsr« Ing through the Supreme Courfr; a mandamus compelling the CWmisßiwjer to give effect to the wishes of tho petitioners," ,i
