DIVORCE.
■*■ £750 DAMAGES AWARDED, By Telegraph.— Press Association Wanganui, Last Night. A defended divorce case, which occupied the attention of Mr. Justice Edwards and a jury for two days, was eon. eluded to-day. The parties were Edw»rd George Rabone, contractor (petitioner), Nina Mace Rabone (respondent), Alexander Reid, publican, Hunterville (corespondent), from whom petitioner claimed £ISOO damages. Respondent, in her evidence, admitted adultery. The jury returned a verdict in favor of the petitioner, with £750 damages, and his Honor made a decree nisi, with an order for costs on the highest scale.
