ESPIONAGE AND IN* CENDIARISM. A CRIMINAL ORGANISATION : —I • United Servict. Parta, Nov, ST. The Matin's Zurich correspondent say< that German Switzerland is becoming • hotbed of espionage and incendiarism. There have been several bomb plots, one aimed at the wholesale destruction of railway stations. A large quantity of ether and petrol bombs w?re found in a passenger train between Zurieh and Schaffiiausen. Arrests disclosed a spying organisation at Zurich similar to the one at Lugano, in which an ex-German Consul, Nolkreeht, was implicated.' The Socialist newspapers assert that the organisation is really criminal, sad contemplates a series of city,and rillwav murders. There is reason to believe that police instigators shared in the sanguinary outbreak on the 17th. .
