RESCH'S INTERNMENT. Australian-N.Z. Cable Association. Melbourne, Nov. 28. Mr. iPearce stated that Reach was interned in consequence of information which reached the Government. SOLDIERS HELP WAR LOAN. Melbourne, Nov. 28. Applicants for the last Commonwealth war loan included 2000 Australians at the front, who invested over £IOO,OOO of their undrawn pay. HANSARD REPORTS SEIZED. Brisbane, Nov. 28. In connection with the anti-conscrip-tion campaign the military raided the Government Printing Office and seized thousands of copies of Hansard which purported to contain a report of a recent . debate in the Assembly on the military censorship. . It appears that the anti-conscription-ists, including 1 the Premier, Mr. Regan, resented the censorship on speeches and subsequently debated the question in the Assembly. The Government printer ignored the censor's orders not to publish the report of the'debate. . Mr. Hughes alleges that there was the grossest . misrepresentation, under eover of 'Parliamentary privilege. The State Government has protested against the military action and has distributed special Gazette sheets containing details of the affair.
