HARASSING THE ENEMY. London, Sept. 25. Ea*t Africa Official.—The enemy evacuated Minhambia, south-west of Kilwa, on the 19th, after a stubborn resistance, and retreated to Opingo. The enemy evacuated Ndessa, south-west of ilinhambia, on the 21st, and the entire enemy force in this region fell back to the Otwmkura River on the 23rd. Our Nigerian infantry barred the line of retreat, the enemy losing heavily. We dispersed small parties along the river.
