The Wellington District Headquarters announces that voluntary enlistment for the 23rd and 24th Reinforcements censes at midnight on Saturday. The shortages will then be assessed for the different groups and a ballot to fill the. same taken next week. Voluntary enlistment for (he 25th ami 2fith Reinforcements continues until December !l, hut men so enlisting if drawn in the ballot are liable to serve in the 2Drd and 24th.
