! AN AUCKLAND FIELD DAY, By Telegraph.—Press' Association. Auckland, Last Night. Tn the Magistrate's Court, Alfred Nation, licensee of the Imperial Hotel* for shouting, was fined £3. Herbert Tilley, for consuming, was fined £2< Alexander McDonald, for consuming liquor paid for by Samuel Atkins, lieensee of the Star Hotel, was fined £B. At. kins was fined £lO. Arthur Hislop, Ronayne was fined £lO for nonsuming. During the hearing of the saws tt was intimated by counsel for (iM of tha defendants, that he had bein instructed to pir.ceed in the Supreme Court for u, declaratory judgment as to the validity, of the regulations providing for a bar* tensors' suspension for six month! wh«( convicted of a breach of tho regulation^
