New York, August 14. The New York Times states that shipping officials have been informed that a clause will be inserted in the peace treaty prohibiting German steamships calling at Allied ports for a certain number of years. The prohibition will embrace Australia, New Zealand, and other colonies.' It is understood that the Allies are likely to insist on a quid pro quo for sunken ships, and will probably demand that the Vaterland replace the Lusitania. NORWEGIAN COAST PATROLLED.
