THE HOME RULE DOOR. SIR JAMES CARROLL'S VIEWS. London, August 13. M the reception of the visiting Parlia* mentarians at the Mansion House, Dublin, Sir James Carroll said that the time had come when they must be partners in the great Empire firm, and must tar each other's views unon the up-bui-ding of Ireland. New Zealand, Australia and Canada would be all together, and it would not be Ireland knocking solitary at the door for Home Rule. Slio could never get it for herself, but needed federal company in trying to effect not only justice to Ireland, but justice to all other parts of the Empire.
