MORGAN TO BE "PROSECUTED. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Sydney, Juno '2. _ As the outcome of the Petrol Commission, H. A, Morgan has been committed for trial on three charges of wickedly soliciting and inciting F. S. Black, local manager of the British Imperial Oil Company, and E. E. WagstafT, general manager of the company, to cheat and defraud the King of divers large sums of money. The evidence was similar to that given before the commission. Mr. Griffith, Minister of Education, gave evidence that he never authorised Morgan to make proposals for brokerage or commission, but merely authorised him to collect facts and place them before the proper authorities. Bail In £2OO was allowed.
