CHILBLAINS. The chilblain is a slow inflammation of tlio skin of the hands or feet, attended with swelling, itching anil burning pains. Weak circulation of the 'blood is the principal cause. People with imperfect blood circulation generally suffer from cold feet and cold hands, and if they put them into cold water and then near a fire the chilblain will be formed.
